Connor’s Climb is a foundation dedicated to raising awareness and smashing the stigma surrounding mental illness. The foundation works with teachers, schools, members of the community, and the New Hampshire mental health system to bring resources and education to our youth and their family members. Their program normalizes asking for help and their goal is to foster help seeking behavior. The program aims to educate people to see the signs of depression and suicide ideation so they can reach out and perhaps save a life.

The Connor’s Climb Foundation hosts an annual “5k and Family Walk,” which is their biggest fundraiser. This year’s race will take place on September 26th at the Seacoast School of Technology. Register here to show your support for youth mental health and suicide prevention! Can't make it? Join us from anywhere, take a photo and tag Connor’s Climb in an effort to raise awareness! We will see you there!

The Connor’s Climb Foundation also graciously accepts donations, all proceeds go toward bettering their educational program and reaching as many New Hampshire families as possible.
